At Salória, every handbag is inspected carefully before shipping to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

We use J&T Express as our only authorized courier for all deliveries.
Please check your parcel upon receipt. Once accepted, the order is considered final.
No refund or replacement will be issued without a complete unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed parcel.
Items must remain unused and in original condition if a return is approved due to damage verified by our team.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, size, or color preference.
